Learna is an AI-powered learning platform offering structured courses, quizzes, and certificates of completion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use Learna.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy course content without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

5. Certificates

Certificates issued by Learna upon course completion are for educational purposes. They are verifiable at learna.in/verify. Learna certificates do not confer any professional qualification or accreditation.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and software on Learna are owned by Learna or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
